There will be a forgot password button on the bottom of the login screen, click that. Next use your registered email ID to recieve an email with reset password link.
Just login and click on Change Password from the top header option and there you go.
Negls delete the account after suspecting the identity of the account holder.
You can set security questions from Set Security tab after login and select the question from drop-down and answer to them.
If you want to add extra layer of security in your account you can set security questions to log into your account in some cases like: Browser change, Device Change and IP Address Change
It is advised to always remember your security answers because if you will enter wrong security answer then your account will be deactivated for security reasons. Security answers are stored in one way encrypted and we cannot recover them if you will forgot. Even Negls support team cannot help you in that case.
If you are logging from different browser, from different device and from different IP address, then security questions are asked to check whether it's really you.
